It’s really not hard to get the FBI to question someone. I would hardly call questioning someone an “investigation.”

I too, would like to know you are, but only to shake your hand and congratulate you for stirring the proverbial shit pot of deceipt and deception that has needed to be stirred for quite some time. I likewise agree that your clients could be punished unfairly should your name be revealed and hope that never happens. Accordingly, I fully support your right to anonymity and hope that you continue in your quest as it’s REFRESHING to see someone doing something other than grabbing their ankles in this state. My only request is that you continue to do what you do, but perhaps broaden your horizons a little. There are many more politicians in WV that have been cast in the same mold and need their dicks knocked in the dirt as well. So many assholes…so little time….

I’m not a coward. I’m a realist. If my identity were revealed, my clients would definitely suffer at the hands of this Court. That’s how bad things have gotten, and why things have to change with this election.

And Tony, here’s a news flash: I usually line my pockets with conservative insurance company money. Criminey, they’ve given me so much blood money over the years I think maybe I’ll wallpaper a room with the stuff . . .

I take issue with Mr. Jackson’s statement “I wish you would identify yourself so when Justice Maynard gets re-elected he can rule against you and your fucking liberal associates everytime you have an interest before the Court.” Based upon the current FBI and US Justice Department investigations, I must pose the question: Is this NOT the problem with the WV Supreme Court now? Shouldn’t members of the Supreme Court render decisions based upon the actual facts of the case and the law in an unbiased manner in accordance with the Constitution? (*GASP*) What a novel idea! Supreme Court Justices should neither reward friends nor PUNISH enemies. That’s the WHOLE point of the judiciary branch of government and I applaud those such as “Bo Rumpole” that take issue with the “injustice” of justice in West Virginia. To quote Martin Luther King, Jr. : “Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.” Kudos to you Mr. Rumpole!
