Are you calling me a liberal because you believe that only liberals oppose corruption? Do you believe that the only just judiciary is a bought-and-paid-for corrupt judiciary, full of judges who rule for the highest bidder?

Of course you are. That’s exactly what you’re saying.

Let’s get something clear, Steve. Steverino. Steverinski. Steve-O. S.C. I don’t know Ketchum, I don’t know Plante, I don’t know Starcher. I don’t know half of what you’re ranting about.

What I do know is three things. (1) You can’t write for squat. I’ve tried to read your stuff. Really, your writing sucks. You’re a horrible communicator. Your comments on this blog prove it.

(2) Everything I’ve written is a fact. You want to be a man and file an ethics complaint, go for it. It isn’t unethical, nor is it actionable, for a lawyer to tell the truth.

(3) Your obsession with Menis Ketchum — at the same time you avoid any mention of Spike Maynard’s misdeeds — proves you anti-democratic types are terrified that Ketchum is going to win.

Now, you’ve said some nasty things. Foul things. But I’m going to let you be a man, do the right thing, and apologize to Ketchum and Plant and me for your impulsive statements.

And if you choose not to apologize . . . then I’ll tell everybody who I think you are. Clear and Luminous about that Steve?

And I guess you conveniently forgot that two of Starcher’s law clerks were convicted felons. It is also highly unlikely that do not know who is helping run Menis Ketchum’s campaign.

Ketchum is a liar. Plante is a thief. You are a little bitch for not just going public with all of the allegations that you make on your little blog.

If you really are a lawyer, then I hope someone files ethics violations against you for making false statements about a candidate for a judicial election. You probably don’t give a shit about ethics though if it is for a liberal cause.

Who is Mike Plante? That’s the second time you’ve mentioned him. Why do you have such a hard-on for him? I mean, considering your earlier comment about Larry Messina’s balls, I’m beginning to think you’ve got some suppressed sexual tension that my hetrosexual blog is not designed to relieve.

One reporter was nice enough to tell me that Spike is polling a distant THIRD among the candidates. There are only two seats up for election. That means he isn’t going to win.

And people on the campaign trail keep telling me that Spike is — to use their phrase — “toast.”

So no, I guess God-fearing people living in white houses DON’T want a Supreme Court justice who vacations on the Riviera with a litigant, and gambles using chips given to him by the litigant as a “gift.”

And Spike Maynard will be re-elected. He has support from both ends of the political spectrum and from every corner of the state. Normal people don’t give a shit about your stolen photographs. People in white houses want good jobs and want to be able to go to church with their families. Those of you who worship government instead of God wouldn’t know anything about that though, which is why you all lost the last court election.

Hopefully, Menis will be smart enough not to waste his time and money on an ill-fated campaign. Mike Plante will take his money and frivolously spend it though, just like he did with Humphreys, if Menis is dumb enough to give it to him. Nice work, if you can get it. If Menis wastes enough, then maybe Plante will not have to carry himself over to the capitol for $300 a day.
