I love the Supreme Court and think that all of our wonderful justices and all the Circuit Judges do a great job. Why all the negative comments? Rodney King said it best, "Can't we all just get along."

I really have to ask "who cares." And does the f'ing state bar really think that when we fill out those stupid forms related to qualifications for someone to be a judge or, GOD forbid, a S. Ct. justice, that we even for a minute believe that they do not somehow find their way to the evaluated person and most likely with my name (or yours) on it. It is a complete farce -- not just the evaluations -- the whole state bar process -- when a group of folks can conspire to hide embezzlement and not be at the very least suspended for some period of time is absurd. Some poor sap with an office in the Union Bldg., a part-time sec. and his phone and fax hooked to the same line farts during a deposition and Crackson Holier than Thou has has a cow and fires off a letter re: your profesionalism. Give me a break! Go BO!

But how do you know so much about the internal workings of the court?

Anyone who reads the newspapers could make comments on a State Supreme Court election, but I don't ever remember seeing the pro-Canterbury letter mentioned in the press.

Obviously, you either work for Starcher or are BFFs with someone who does.

No one seemed to give a shit about the "reputation" of the court for the last decade when Starcher and McGraw were making a mockery of justice here in West Virgnia. Now because of some photographs, it has been made the top priority of the state.

How could anyone possibly have viewed McGraw's "Rant at Racine" and then said that he was a fair and unbiased Judge on the court?

Your blog is nothing but more than a place where you can say the things that Larry Messina does not have the balls to on his own blog.
